• Non-refundable Deposit to amount to 25% of the booking value or the first nights stay if booking is made within 14 days of arrival.
• Deposits can be paid by debit cards.
• Balances are payable on arrival.
• There is a minimum of 2 nights stay at weekends, 3 nights during Bank Holidays and over New Year.
• We do not take 1 night reservations in advance, unless there is already a 1 night available, then we would be happy to assist you.
• Reservations for guesthouse are acceptable by phone, email or letter  – email and letter confirmation will be expected within 7 working days, otherwise the accommodation will be released. An acknowledgement and receipt will be sent upon the deposit being paid.
• We are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age in the Guest House.
• Guest rooms are usually available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
• Check out time is 10.00 a.m.

• We strongly advise you to read our guest house cancellation policy.
• A guest house booking whether in writing, by telephone or e-mail is a legally binding contract. We, Beck Allans Guest House, agree to supply the goods and services as offered and the Guest agrees to pay for those services as offered.
• If you have to cancel or cut your holiday short, you are in breach of this contract and are liable to pay cancellation charges.
• All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to us. We will not accept a cancellation over the phone.
• For peace of mind, we strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance.
• In the case of a cancellation or having to cut short your holiday, we will make every effort to re-let the room(s). If we are able to do so, then all you will be liable for is your deposit.
• If we are unable to re-let the room(s), you will be liable for a proportion of the outstanding balance, as outlined below. We reserve the right to automatically charge your card.
• More than 30 days before you arrive no charge will be made.
• Less than  30 days one nights tariff will be charged.
• If there is a no-show or reduction of booking after your arrival date – full payment for the original booking will be taken.
• Please note that the above booking terms could change at short notice due to the current Covid Pandemic Situation. 
• If you have to cut your holiday short, you are liable to pay the remaining balance less any guest house services that have not been provided.
• In line with the Tourist Board recommendations, we will not initiate a claim until the final day of the cancelled booking has passed and every effort on our behalf has been made to re-let the room(s).
• We reserve the right to automatically charge your card.

• One car space is reserved for each Guest House room. There is no specific allocation, and bays are labelled as reserved for the Guest House.
• The management of Beck Allans do not accept responsibility for damage to cars whilst parked in the guest house grounds.
